You will receive a preference sheet just before your charter date.
There you indicate your dietary requirements & bar preferences. Your own personal chef - who can make all your favorite dishes - will get in touch with you in order to accommodate all requests.
Your sailing itinerary you will discuss with your captain, who is very familiar with the area. He previous to that checks the weather conditions and best locations according to indicated preferences.
Most boats create a sample itinerary accordingly to your indicated preferences.
